If you cancel, your existing forwarding orders in the CAYA web portal will also be cancelled. Please cancel any forwarding orders you may have placed yourself to your CAYA mailbox, otherwise your mail will continue to arrive with us.
To cancel forwarding orders independently, proceed as follows:
- Settings (side menu)
- Incoming mail (tab menu)
- Under the sub-item Your subscriptions for forwarding orders, click Cancel.
Alternatively, we will automatically cancel forwarding orders for you approximately one week before your rate expires.
