We refer to your account as a "Free Account" if you have not taken out a tariff, have cancelled your contract with us or have paused it. Your CAYA account will be converted to a free account, and your access data will remain valid.
This means that you will still be able to access the mail you have received up to that point and reactivate your account if necessary.
However, you will no longer receive new mail digitally in the free account and you will not be able to request originals.
