How can I change my tariff?

You can change your tariff conveniently in the web portal. To do so, proceed as follows:

1. Select Settings (side menu).
2. Go to the My Account tab (preselected)
3. Click on Manage Subscription (blue button)
4. In the pop-up menu, select the white box that contains your current tariff details
5. In the next window click on Edit Subscription at the bottom of the window
6. Select your desired new tariff from the drop-down menu (blue round box)
7. Finally, click on Update subscription to confirm the change
