We digitize all mail that we receive. In addition to normal letters and incoming mail, this also includes registered mail, for example.
The following mail cannot be digitized or can only be digitized with restrictions:
- Mail that we cannot assign to a customer cannot be provided digitized and will be returned to the sender. Therefore, when forwarding your CAYA mailbox address, be sure to forward the correct address in its entirety.
- For envelopes containing multiple letters, only the large envelope can be scanned; the individual letters contained cannot be opened and scanned individually. We ask you to refrain from sending us collected letters for scanning. Our service is designed to scan daily incoming mail only.
- Special formats (such as merchandise shipments) received by us will not be opened, a scan will be made via tripod scanner showing the shipment as well as sender and recipient. You can request these special formats as usual as an immediate or consolidated item at any time via your account.
- Mail that is excluded from the forwarding order will not be forwarded to us and therefore cannot be provided digitized. This includes parcels, press and blind items.
