You can find your complete CAYA Postbox address (including customer number) in your CAYA account. Proceed as follows:
Via Desktop:
If you are already logged in follow this link: https://app.caya.com/app/settings/postal-mail
If not: - Open usecaya.com in your browser
- Log in to your account
- Open Settings
- Click on Incoming Mail
- You will find your CAYA Postbox address in the corresponding field
If you are using the CAYA Mobile app, proceed as follows:
- Open the mobile app
- Open Settings
- Go to postal mail
- Select your CAYA postbox address
Your postbox address consists of:
- Your name
- Postbox + [your unique customer number].
- individual postal address for your customer number
It is important that you keep this order.
Your customer number is mandatory, otherwise your mail cannot be assigned in accordance with data protection. Your recipient address will then look like this:
Name/Company
Postbox [customer number]
individual postal address for your customer number
Please note: Your CAYA Postbox address is not summonable and therefore you should not use it as a company address. You can enter it as a pure postal address in the imprint, provided that you also add a summonable address.
