We will be happy if you send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining why you no longer want to use CAYA Postbox and what we can do better for you.
You can cancel or terminate your subscription with CAYA via the web portal.
Your subscription runs on a monthly or annual contract term, depending on your chosen plan. You can track this information in your settings under Manage Subscription.
To cancel your subscription go to My Account under Settings and click the Cancel Subscription button at the bottom.
A window will then open explaining the cancellation process (cancellation date,..) to you further. If you want to confirm the cancellation, confirm it in this window.
If you decide to continue using CAYA, you can cancel the cancellation in the same menu.
Subscriptions are always terminated at the end of the contract with a fourteen-day notice period, so that the postal carriers have enough time to terminate the forwarding order and deliver your mail regularly again.
Your forwarding order can be terminated directly and flexibly, independently of the cancellation of your CAYA tariff. To do this, simply go to the tab Forwarding orders under Settings and click on Cancel for the respective forwarding order.
