There are two ways you can add a forwarding order to your account.
Option 1:
While signing up for a CAYA plan, you will be asked if you want to create a forwarding order right after you set up your account. To avoid delays, we generally recommend that you choose this option.
If you want to place the order later or add further forwarding orders to your account under one of our corresponding tariffs, simply use
Option 2:
In the web portal, go to Settings (side menu).
There you can edit your set-up orders under Incoming Mail.
To set up a new one, simply click on Subscribe to forwarding order and fill out the form that appears.
Forwarding orders can be created once a subscription has been ordered.
Please keep in mind the maximum number of forwarding orders you can manage in your account.
Business plans have no limit on the number of forwarding orders.
Once you have sent us your information, we will take care of everything else.
Important: CAYA uses its own postal code for forwarding your mail. This means that forwarding orders for your account should only be booked through CAYA. If you forward your CAYA Postbox address directly to your contacts, please be sure to include the address suffix including your customer number. You can find the customer number in your account in the web portal in the settings.
Please note: We currently handle the setup of a forwarding order with Deutsche Post and, for Berlin customers, with PIN Mail AG. If you have another regional postal service provider, we will be happy to help you find out how to set up a forwarding order yourself. You can find more information here: Does the forwarding order cover alternative/regional/local postal companies?
