Setting up a forwarding order with Deutsche Post is done after you have booked a forwarding service via the CAYA web portal.
Due to Deutsche Post's procedures, large recipient zip code, and mailbox address structure, you are currently unable to set up a forwarding order with Deutsche Post on your own.
