14 days before the cancellation date, we will cancel forwarding orders on file with us so that no further mail is forwarded to us.

If you have placed other forwarding orders yourself or have passed on the CAYA mailbox address, please inform your business/correspondence partners in good time.
14 days after the cancellation date, your last automatic collection shipment will be closed. It usually takes approximately 20 business days to send this last mailing thereafter. If you have booked a tariff that generally did not include a free collective consignment, please request required documents via immediate return.
Your CAYA account will remain active after your cancellation so that you can continue to access your data. We will scan and visibly upload letters that arrive up to 4 weeks after your cancellation.
Letters arriving after this period will also be scanned and you will be notified of receipt. You can then request the originals via immediate return for a fee.
Please ensure that no more letters arrive for you after your cancellation.
